Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT is an energy therapy. It is an extremely effective tapping technique used to help clients with any emotional issue they have. It is a technique that allows us to feel better about whatever is troubling us.

EFT is sometimes described as being similar to acupuncture without using needles. In fact, what EFT actually is doing, is clearing energy blockages that we may have within our body by tapping on certain points and tuning in to the emotions related to the issue. It’s a simple and quick technique and often people are amazed by the results.

It can be used for any emotional issues including low self-esteem, fears and phobias, habits, smoking, pain and weight loss and anything that has an emotion attached, including relief of some pain.
